one contact only shows up as phone #

i have one contact that in messages and phone calls, shows up as the # not the person's name. has anyone else seen this or found this problem?

Have you tried editing the contact to add a name? May just have an invalid character that the phone doesn't display. Or forgot to save when entering the contact initially. Try deleting the contact and reentering the information.
