Font size issues

Hi all. New to forum. Just got Nexus yesterday.... first in line!

Just a couple of examples. When I changed back to normal size, I had to reboot to take effect.

Just me or do I have company? Thanks

Mine is the same. My old Samsung Galaxy S never seemed to have font size issues. :/

Same issue. I did notice that the overlapping text issue with large and huge fonts only appears with the native non-gmail app. The native gmail app works properly. I certainly hope that the next update 4.0.3 will address this and a few other similar font issues.

The GNEX is my first android device, and the reason why I waited so long to switch from Blackberry is because this was the first Android device that attempted to address the missing pseudo-universal font size functionality that I require.

Hi, The text overlaps on mine also but only in the Email app (connected to MS Exchange), the Gmail app is all good.

Just curious if anyone has figured out a way to address this issue until an update is released? Hoping there's a simple setting in developer options or something. This really drives me a little crazy deciphering overlapping text. Oddly enough the email widget does not have overlapping text... Thx

Don't be please, I wear 'em. way more often now than I used to too! Getting Old just plain SUX!

When I saw the font size was configurable I was really excited until I saw the overlap/wrapping and realized it wasn't usable. I've noticed it in OS dialogs so I think it's a bug in Android and how dialogs are rendered, my guess is untill they dynamically resize the dialogs based on the fontsize setting we won't see any improvement, though I have noticed that some 3rd party apps deal with it better then others.
