    No 32GB version for VZW???

Just read this over at Phandroid. Apparently the tech specs on the official Galaxy Nexus have been changed yet again. It is now saying 16GB instead of 16GB or 32GB. More drama to the saga.

Saw that, too. What more can VZW do to rain on our parade for this phone? With all the drama (or is it unrealized expectations?) surrounding the GNex, it's almost like they don't even want to sell it. Anyone else feel that way?

I won't buy if that's the case. Not gonna use an upgrade on a 16 gig phone ill continue to wait. Considering ill prolly keep it for two years.

I agree - seems like Verizon is making sure that this will be their first and last Nexus.

"@P3Droid: Everything, and I repeat everything points to a 32GB version of the Nexus. My 16GB version is not a consumer model..you can't have it."

That's a plus he seems to know his stuff! fingers crossed!

Seems like they are setting themselves up for failure from the start. If they would just release this phone as it was intended to be they would have another runaway hit (OG Droid) on their hands. But they wanna drag their feet and play the tough guy "our-way-or-no-way" roll.

    Welcome to the Forum..

Actually a 32gb vs 16gb is not a deal breaker for me although it is typical of Verizon to find a way to disappoint.

It seems clear to me that Verizon doesn't like having Google tell them how a phone will be sold and configured--as is only true of NEXUS devices! The very concept of the Nexus series has always been "pure android, unlockable, development phones", and Verizon has always made clear that they don't want "pure" anything, unlockable anything, or development phones since the D1.

    Draw your own conclusions...
