I'm sure we have heard of people getting 20 hrs to only 4 hrs off one charge. Everyone including myself, will generally rattle off approximately how much time they think they're doing what and occasionally a screenshot or two. Most of the time that only gives us a fraction of the story.
I propose a pictorial study of screenshots. I will start it off as an example. If there is a screenshot that I left out, please let me know.
Each person that would like to contribute to this study needs to;
*Post the exact same shots,
*Actual battery used (GSM 1750, CDMA 1850 or 2100)
*Name rom , ICS stock, Rooted stock,user system modifications (kernels,radios, juice defenders, etc)
*Optional-Any thing you think would further enlighten us or ask a question
My example
Rom: 2.3 Axiom / No Additional Mods
Battery: CDMA - 2100
I spent about 45 minutes in total watching utube and listening to music. The rest of the time was email, browsing the web, downloaded a new kernel for later use, and some talk time. My only contribution to conserving battery life, was turning off wifi, when I wasn't downloading anything. My bluetooth is always on because of my headset.
Does the awake time reflect the apps running in the background although the display may not be on?
How do I interpret the Morse code like colored strips under the chart in the second image from the top?
Anyone else wants to share their experience, ask a queen related to this thread or answer one of my questions?
