Mic issue

When I'm on the phone for longer than 15 or 20 mins the other person just stops hearing me as if my phone was muted. Its not muted though and I hear them perfectly fine. Anyone else? Will verizon give me a new nexus since I'm within two weeks?

Verizon's extended return period is until January 15, I believe. That doesn't sound like a normal hardware issue. I would advise talking with Verizon about a swap.

Seems like that issue would warrant a new phone regardless of return period.

I've had this happen on three phones now. Bad hardware or software problem?

Now that I think about it this is not a mic issue. The last time I had this issue I was on my bluetooth headset. I tried switching between my headset, handset, and speaker phone and it did not make a difference. I also tried switching on and off the mute. ugh.

They want me to pay 650 then get a refund when they get my old one back this is BS. Wonder if the store will just exchange

Corporate on the phone. But a local store exchanged it for me but damn if this one isn't doing it too.
