    Unable to Download Updates in Play Store...

    Hi gang,

    I've been trying to update several apps for about two days now with no success...I keep getting an error message saying "unable to retrieve information from server"...I've tried clearing cash, rebooting, and clearing data to no avail...

    I'd take a screen shot, but I dunno how

    Anybody have any suggestions?

    Make sure you are online
    Uninstall the reinstall app if all else fails

    I'm definitely online...tried uninstalling and reinstalling two of the six apps...no dice...I can't even download an app to install it seems...
