Google Play Issues

Hello,

I have been having issues trying to sync my music from Google Play Music onto my phone. Every time I try to download the music to make it available off-line, it either downloads, is there for a few days, and then disappears...or the phone says it doesn't have an internet connection (even when downloading in 4G.) Is anyone else having this issue? I'd like to be able to listen to music from iTunes or Google Play on my phone while off-line.

Maybe to start out, maybe clearing the cache. From the title of your thread, I don't know if it's Google Play you're having troubles with, or just Google Play Music like your post says. So maybe try both. Settings/Apps ---> All. Then reboot just to make sure.

If you are rooted, you can boot into recovery and clear Dalvik cache. Then the cache partitions just to be sure. If not, you can still boot into revovery. But you can only clear the cache partitions. Then select reboot.

I've been having some ot the same issues. And whenever I cleared the cache, it helped. For a while. I have noticed, though it doesn't like a lot of sections at the same time, though.
