Home screen customizations

I hope this has not been discussed in any other thread. The first home screen you see after start up contains an clock in the center. I really don't like the look of this clock and would prefer something else in this area. Does anyone know if this clock is just a widget, and can be removed or moved to another screen?

In videos I also see an analog clock in the applications drawer but it looks different than this clock on the home screen. What is the difference between these two clocks?

check out 3D Digital Weather in the Market. I LOVE IT! Didn't like the GN clock and found this which will give me my local weather, digital time and large font, phase of the moon AND battery level. Has lots of options. I love it to pieces.

I used to have a weather and clock widhet on my DX. The one that is stock ont HTC phones does anyone remember what the name of that is and where i can find it?

I once had a weather clock installed on my Fascinate that was great. When you would touch the weather on the home screen clock it would open up a view as if your flying through the clouds or rain or snow or blue sunny sky. I really want to find it again, but I am failing on my own. Anyone here know what I am looking for?

Beautiful Widgets has on screen weather animations when you tap the widget. You will have to install the BW Animation Package aswell.
