    3rd party batteries

Has anyone tried using a 3rd party battery? I am looking at the Hyperion 3800. I want more battery life. Will make phone bigger, but need longer runtime.

I've got the Hyperion 3800. With moderate to heavy use, I get about 14-15 hours out of it. I feel it was worth the price.

    +1 to the Hyperion 3800

Just bought it and today was my first day. I tried to drain it. It took 10 hours with 3 hours screen on and 3 hours of tethering..

    Wellllllll worth it

Does anyone know if I can use this with Sprint? When I look up Sprint Galaxy Nexus I get "Hyperion 3500" results. Is that the same quality?

Hyperian and mungen the only two in my opinion that truly hold there charge apart from the one that comes with the phone. So much rubbish been thrown at us trying to take us for a ride. Mobile phone industry is a magnet for the sharks coming in and touting there rubbish and making a killing on our ex pence!!!

Just to muddy the waters a bit, this is what I got from the stock battery today. The little blip there was from a restart trying to fix my notification sounds. I underclocked to 1ghz.

From the look of it, you never reaaly had the screen on, and were on wifi the entire time, not actually using the phone on 4 g. Am i right?

Well, yeah. I was at work, and once I was home I was on wifi. I've been unemployed the entire time I've had my GNex, until yesterday.

Glad to hear you found some employment. It is tough out there. On a side note, my office is where my battery is killed. Can't use corp wifi, and horrible cell signal. So if i don't plug the phone in, it is dead within half a day. Hence the need fo a different battery.
