will any 3800 mah galaxy nrxus battery fit a 3800 mah seidio case?

I want to buy a qcell 3800 battery but want to know if a seidio case would fit on it I need the protection for my nexus. (i515 4g Lte Verizon)

From everything I read, the dimensions of the 3800 mah battery is the same, however, the various brands speak of weight differences, rather than size differences. That said, I am assuming that the case would fit them all. Is the added battery life worth the size increase? I barely get a day out of mine, and was beginning to think of extended batteries myself.
