Trexcell 3800 mah battery and TPU case

I bought both of these items via eBay a little over a week ago. I've had the chance to get through about 6 charge/discharge cycles and I couldnt be happier with this battery. Its not quite as ugly as I would have thought (when I first saw pictures of the extended batteries for the gnex I thought they were laughable abominations). I actually appreciate the added girth as it makes it easier to hold and it doesn't feel that much heavier than stock. I also like that I can now differentiate between the top and bottom of the phone when pulling it out of my pocket; before I put this battery in it was hard to tell. I was averaging about 12-15 hour battery life stock; the last 2 cycles I've gotten 24+ hours with similar usage patterns and almost 6 hours of screen time. I don't think before I ever got more than 3 hours of screen time with the stock battery. The case is also nice, I could have gone without the circle design on the back but for the most part thsts pretty subtle and it usually just looks like a completely black case. Its no otter box but its better than nothing. As far as getting decent life out of it, I drained completely, charged to 100% (with the phone off), rinse and repeat. I would also pull the battery once it was at 100%, reinstall and then charge it up some more. The first 4 cycles didn't net much better life over the stock 1850 but its doing great now. I would definitely recommend this battery as it is a real bargain compared to the name brand competition (I got mine bundled with the tpu case for $28 free shipping). Just don't get discouraged on the first few cycles if the battery life isn't much better than stock Screenshot_2012-06-05-01-41-58.jpg
